Bob Hale, owner of The Ultimate Race Nights®, has 28 years of experience working exclusively with non-profit organizations and direct, personal experience with night-at-the-races events. He will work closely with you to plan and execute your group’s occasion.
With Bob walking you through all the steps of a successful evening, you can have the confidence to pull off an award-winning – and more importantly, a goal-achieving – event!

When renting our race kit or using our full-service option, consultations are unlimited and included. If you are all set with your event but need friendly and supportive help, consultations are $90 for up to an hour of consultation time. It will be the best 75 bucks you spend as you prepare for your event!
